In this role, you will support the chiropractic practice by assisting with patient care, managing office tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with excellent patient service skills. Duties

• Assist chiropractors during patient assessments and treatments.
• Prepare patients for examinations and therapies by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to enhance patient experience.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and provide guidance on exercises or therapies as directed by the chiropractor.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and office areas.
• Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and processing paperwork. Qualifications
• Knowledge of physiology and anatomy is essential for understanding treatment processes; this is preferred but not required, will be provided through training.
• Familiarity with medical terminology to communicate effectively within the healthcare environment; this is preferred but not required, will be provided through training.
• Strong patient assessment skills to assist in evaluating patient needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to provide outstanding patient service and foster a positive clinic atmosphere.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
