Responsibilities Front Office Duties:

Greet patients with warmth and enthusiasm Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and process payments Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Support smooth daily office flow with excellent communication

Back Office Duties:

Assist chiropractor with patient therapies, setup, and documentation Educate patients on basic wellness routines and clinic services Maintain a calm, confident presence during clinical care Ensure treatment areas are sanitized and ready for use Cross-training is provided for candidates with the right mindset and willingness to learn!
