In this role, you will support our chiropractic staff in providing exceptional care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with patient assessments, managing patient flow, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable during their visit. Assist in conducting patient assessments by gathering medical histories and relevant information. Maintain knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff. Support staff during treatments and procedures, cleaning and light clerical work. Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies to promote overall health. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records. Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and conducive to patient care. Requirements Strong patient service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for patients. Ability to communicate and recognize when to escalate concerns to the chiropractor. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with patients and team members.
