Job description Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in planning andimplementing treatment programs for residents Deliver therapyservices in accordance with treatment plans and facility guidelinesHelp residents improve mobility, strength, balance, andcoordination Monitor and document resident progress; report changesto supervising therapist Educate residents and family members onsafe mobility techniques Maintain accurate and timely documentationin accordance with state and federal regulations QualificationsActive North Carolina PTA license CPR certification Strongcommunication and teamwork skills Experience in a skilled nursingor rehab setting is preferred but not required
