Job Summary:
Select Health of the Carolinas, operational since 1996, is a top-rated practice in the Ballantyne Area of Charlotte. In this position, you will be working closely with other staff members and the physician to provide the best in care, safety and healthy outcomes for the patients. Not Limited To:
Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and guests in the practice. Exhibit an in-depth knowledge and/or proficiency in all patient-associated therapies/treatments. Provide (assist with) patient care, as directed by physician. Assist physician in scribing, and charting, if/when called upon. Chart and maintain patient records, as directed by physician. Coordinate patient charts and appointments to ensure timely service. Administer quality assurance programs to ensure patient satisfaction with all providers and facility services. If called upon, provide financial counseling to patients advising them of their financial responsibilities & payment options. Perform general admin/clerical functions as necessary including filing, copying and transcription of evaluations, physician letters, progress notes, discharge summaries and related correspondence. Learn and maintain a general knowledge of front desk/administrative duties. Assist with general light cleaning and clinic presentation. Perform additional projects; obtain required certifications; and/or other duties, as requested. Requirements Self-Starter with Enthusiasm for Helping Others Caring & Positive Personality with Strong Interpersonal Skills Dependable and have a Flexible Schedule High School Diploma Required.
