This part-time role offers a schedule of Monday – Friday mornings from 8-12 and Monday and Thursday afternoons (3:00 PM-6:00 PM). As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in our practice, blending front desk responsibilities with hands-on patient care. This isn’t just a receptionist position—you’ll be an essential part of our care team, directly impacting patient experiences. No prior certifications are needed, as we provide comprehensive paid training.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient therapies as trained (full training provided) Build rapport with patients, manage their accounts, and learn their names Coordinate and manage appointment schedules Greet patients warmly and engage with enthusiasm Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries Process payments and post transactions accurately Assist with new patient intake and registration Maintain office organization and perform administrative tasks Anticipate needs and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

Genuine passion for helping people and a positive attitude Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to multitask Comfort learning cloud-based patient management software Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, social media, and Google Docs Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Empathetic with a customer service mindset Previous administrative or coordinating experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements:
