• We are hiring for a full-time Chiropractic Assistant!!!!

Duties:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly

• happy manner Check in; Direct them to the appropriate individual Check out; Collect copays / coinsurance / deductibles Answer phone calls and scheduling appointments Collecting and Verifying health insurance / liability insurance Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Assist with Clinical responsibilities (e-stim, Class IV laser, modalities, etc.

)

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
