Patient Care Coordinator/Technician AIM Adavance in Motion Wilmington, NC 28405 We’re seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator/Tech to join our team! Job Responsibilities Schedule new patient evaluations and return visits in a timely manner. Verify insurance benefits and collect co-pays. Enthusiastically greet patients, guests, and prospects on the phone and in person. Resolve team and/or participant or operational issues using effective customer service and leadership skills. The receptionist position will be required to perform front and back-office duties including answering calls, checking insurance authorization, and scheduling patients. Additionally, as needed they will assist the therapist in the treatment of physical therapy patients including, but not limited to the application of modalities, assistance with exercises, and setting up the patient for the therapist for general treatment procedures.
