About the Role You’ll be the first and last impression for our patients—greeting them with a smile, managing front desk duties, and assisting in the back office with therapies and treatments. You’ll work side-by-side with doctors who care deeply about improving patient health through natural, non-invasive care.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and check-in/check-out patients Answer phones, schedule appointments, and process payments Assist with therapies and clinical procedures (training provided) Keep treatment areas and the office organized and clean Deliver compassionate, confident service that makes patients feel cared for What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong desire to help others Excellent communication and multitasking skills Professional and friendly demeanor with a team-first mindset Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology Healthcare or customer service background preferred Spanish-speaking is a plus , but not required Willingness to occasionally travel to our Pineville office Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check Why Join Us?
