Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Chiropractic Assistant with a background in insurance billing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of chiropractic practices and procedures, as well as proficiency in managing insurance claims and billing processes.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with scheduling appointments and inquiries Manage patient intake processes, including collecting and updating insurance information Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billing issues and inquiries Maintain organized electronic and physical patient records Assist chiropractors with administrative tasks and patient care as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of chiropractic terminology and procedures is preferred

$16.00 – $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
