Chiropractic Rehab Assistant/Shockwave Technician Oak City Chiropractic Raleigh, NC 27605 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the chiropractor in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth operation of the clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, along with excellent patient service skills. This position is vital in creating a welcoming environment for patients and assisting them throughout their treatment journey. Responsibilities You will be the lead Shockwave Technician for the office and will spend the majority of the day helping to grow this facet of our practice Assist the chiropractor during patient assessments and treatments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Educate patients on treatment plans and exercises Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies Answer patient inquiries regarding services, treatments, and office policies Perform administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations Experience Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the clinic Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist in patient assessments accurately Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is preferred Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent patient service and build rapport with clients Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism If you are passionate about helping others and eager to contribute to a dynamic healthcare team, we encourage you to apply for the Shockwave Technician position.
