- We are Functional Neurology, Functional Medicine and Chiropractic Clinic seeking a highly motivated, health orientated, energetic individual to become a part of our team as our Neuro Therapy Assistant.
The environment is fast-paced which requires the ability to multi-task throughout the day. Experience working in a healthcare clinic setting providing patient services including, but not limited to patient intake, patient record updates, identification of chief complaint, attended therapies, and patient check-out is preferred. 1-2 years preferred but not required.
NOTE:
This position does not require a specific therapy degree or certification. However, OTA, PTA or CA experience is what we are looking for. Candidate should have a professional appearance and attitude with a fun, upbeat, and energetic personality. Strong patient interaction skills are a must. Qualified candidates must be highly organized, efficient, detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidate should have a willingness to learn new technologies. Drug tests and background checks will be done. This position will emphasize production and patient flow, so the candidate’s ability to see many patients per day in an effective, organized way is critical. Essential duties of the position include but are not limited to:
- Greets new patients, take vitals
- Updates patient files and identifies chief complaints
- Provides attended and unattended therapies for patients
- Under Doctor’s guidance, provides patient therapy modalities, technologies and equipment
- Compiles patient data and prepares summary reports
- Interprets policies and explains procedures
- Schedule appointments, organize paper documents and distribute required information Only submit an application if you meet the above qualifications.
