Key Responsibilities:

Assist the doctor with therapies and patient flow on the floor Greet and check patients in/out with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments and manage the patient calendar with precision Educate patients on care plans, exercises and products as directed Answer phones, respond to voicemails and confirm appointments Process payments and manage insurance verifications or patient billing Perform light clerical work (filing, data entry, intake forms) Maintain cleanliness and order in treatment areas and front office Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold high confidentiality standards

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical office preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, EHR systems) Professional demeanor and a patient-first mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting Must be punctual, reliable and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn chiropractic therapies

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday (occasional Saturdays may be required) Morning and afternoon/evening shifts depending on clinic hours
