Deliver Personalized Therapy:

Implement and adapt PT plans focused on gait training, balance, transfers, and pain relief.

Assess & Document:

Assist with evaluations, record progress in our EMR system, and communicate updates clearly.

Collaborate:

Work closely with PTs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to provide unified, quality care.

Encourage & Motivate:

Guide residents through exercises and functional activities to achieve real results every day.

Qualifications:
