Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with Physical Therapists to ensure the highest standards of resident care and safety. Adhere to departmental protocols, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Prioritize resident safety in all therapeutic activities. Correctly use and maintain safety equipment, particularly during resident transfers. Ensure therapy practices comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Strictly follow infection control procedures to protect residents and staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting therapy space. Report safety concerns or equipment issues promptly.

Requirements :

Active, unencumbered Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Jersey. Experience in a nursing home setting is preferred.
