Experience in a medical office is a plus. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in procedures. Conduct initial patient assessments, including gathering medical history and vital signs. Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling. Assist the chiropractor during examinations and treatments, including preparing treatment rooms. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment. Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Verify patients eligibility & medical benefits via online portal. Requirements Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the clinic. Strong patient service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patients. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
