Including but not limited to Provide clinical services as a NYS licensed PTA under physician’s order. Attends and participates in all IDT meetings Provides education to patients/residents and their families Assists Physical Therapists Adheres to all policies and procedures of the facility and

NYS Skills/Requirements:
