Actalent is hiring for a
Physical Therapist Assistant About:
Assist Physical Therapists in delivering plans tailored to individual client needs. Document patient responses before, during, and after therapy sessions. Educate clients and their families on post-treatment care and home exercises. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Ensure therapy areas and equipment are clean, safe, and ready for use.
Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients. Document and monitor patient responses during and after therapy sessions. Educate clients and their families on post-treatment care and prescribed home exercises. Maintain precise and current patient records. Ensure therapy areas and equipment are clean, secure, and prepared for use.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. State licensure or certification as a PTA. Strong understanding of human anatomy and physical therapy techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Work Environment:
