12 Weeks | Immediate Start Are you a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with a passion for geriatric care? Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is seeking a Temporary Full-Time PTA for a 12-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility . This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with dedicated professionals in long-term care.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver one-on-one patient care in a skilled nursing setting Carry out treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility (e.g., transfers and walking) Provide patient and family education on exercises, mobility strategies, and pain management Maintain same-day, accurate documentation of treatment and patient progress Collaborate regularly with facility staff, PTs, and administrative teams to adjust treatment as needed

Requirements:

Active NYS PTA License•

REQUIRED 1-2

years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or assisted living setting Knowledge of geriatric patient care best practices Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across two facility locations Must complete all medical onboarding requirements (Physical, PPD, MMR)

Compensation:

$35
