Job Description
Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist Inspire Chiropractic & Wellness 106 South Hanover Street, Hummelstown, PA 17036 Inspire Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking TWO dedicated Chiropractic Assistants/Receptionists to join our team in a fast-paced environment. One full time position for 40 hours per week and one part time position for 15-20 hours per week. These positions are the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidates are positive, dynamic, self-motivated, and dependable, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.. Multi-tasking and good computer skills are necessary to successfully complete the following tasks.
General duties include the following:
Front Desk Receptionist Greeting and escorting patients Patient scheduling Receiving and posting payments and charges Gathering patient paperwork Filing documents and assembling records and charts Perform electric Stimulation, ultrasound and laser therapy Reconcile daily payment reports Problem solving Verify and explain insurance benefits Other duties as assigned Interested candidates should include a short resume of their work experience.
