Garrett Rd, Upper Darby, PA 19082 Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am-8pm. 1-3 Unpaid lunch. This job requires you to walk around most of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the chiropractic office
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Collect patient information and update medical records
• Verify insurance coverage and process payments
• Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

• Billing Experience:

• Previous experience in a medical office or chiropractic setting is preferred
• Familiarity with medical scheduling systems and electronic medical records (EMR)
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
• Experience working in a dental office or as a dental receptionist is a plus
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
