Physical Therapist Assistant

• Part Time Heritage Rehab Hillsdale, PA 15746 ~Physical Therapist Assistant~ Heritage is seeking a Part Time or Consistent PRN PTA for our Hillsdale location.

Hours of coverage needed:

15-25 hrs per week (4-5days/week) Flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings Starting rate for the Part Time status is $30/hr, also accures PTO Starting rate for PRN is $33/hr pending relative experience. and join our in-house therapy team! Heritage Therapy provides high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapies and rehabilitation at our Embassy Healthcare communities. Our facility in Hillsdale is located amongst the quiet scenery of Pennsylvania. We strive to help patients reach their maximum potential so they can live as independently as possible. Our experienced therapists work closely with patients and their caregivers to build customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual’s needs. Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record of getting results. Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities and interventions.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Utilize knowledge in physiology, medical terminology, and physical health to deliver high-quality care. Qualifications
• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and anatomy.
