Physical Therapy Asssitant/PTA 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars Spring House, PA 19477 Silver Stream is currently seeking a PRN or Part Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide direct patient care services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapy Assistant will be responsible for documenting patient treatments, changes in condition and other pertinent information as required. Supplemental PTA coverage for vacation, sick leave and as needed coverage Will need consistent assistance as well

PTA Duties Include:

Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist. Responds to requests for service by relaying information and referral to Registered Physical Therapist. Implements and modifies the patient’s physical therapy plan of treatment with RPT supervision Measuring & recording residents motor function, strength and muscle performance Monitors patient responses to treatments and modifies it during treatment sessions as necessary. Observe residents and write progress reports.
