• Be able to implement careplans and communicate any findings or changes in regards topatients back to the Physical Therapist and physician
• Ability toeducate patients and their families in basic home safety andmedical equipment safety

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Have a valid license, registration, or permit to practice in stateof agency operation
• Must possess and maintain valid CPRcertification while employed in a clinical role
