Monday (1. woodland) & Wednesday (1 or 2 location) & Tues or Thurs (1 or 2 location) Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the chiropractor in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth operation within the clinic. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient assessments, maintaining a welcoming environment, and facilitating effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. A strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with excellent patient service skills, is essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments. Conduct initial patient assessments by gathering relevant medical history and current health concerns. Educate patients on treatment plans and provide instructions for exercises or therapies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards. Ensure the treatment area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care, addressing any questions or concerns. Uphold a professional demeanor while fostering a friendly atmosphere for patients. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to assist in patient assessments effectively. Excellent patient service skills to create a positive experience for individuals visiting the clinic. Familiarity with medical terminology to communicate accurately within the healthcare setting. Ability to perform basic inhalation techniques as part of patient care protocols. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with team members. Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
