We are seeking a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to become a part of our team! We are looking for an energetic team member looking to grow with our office. This position is approx 13-15 per week. This team member must be personable, be able to multi-task, and great with kids, elderly and dogs, which we do have three office dogs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine clerical tasks
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones
- Processing and collecting patient payments
- Data entry
- Ability to learn patient services
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
