Collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of diagnoses
Provide hands-on support during therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance-focused interventions
Assist in neuromuscular re-education, proprioceptive training, and functional mobility exercises

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, fall prevention strategies, and safety awareness
Contribute to a patient-centered, outcome-driven care environment
Ensure treatment sessions are conducted safely, efficiently, and with compassion
Preferred Clinical Experience:
Neurological rehabilitation (e.g., stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s)

Excellent communication, time management, and patient engagement skills
Passion for helping patients regain independence and confidence
What We Offer:
Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits
Continuing education opportunities
Supportive interdisciplinary team environment
Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients at risk for falls or living with neurological impairments
