Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to support our chiropractors and ensure patients receive top-quality care. This role involves assisting with patient care, performing chiropractic therapy tasks, and handling administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and paperwork Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar Escort patients to treatment rooms and prepare them for chiropractic procedures Assist chiropractors with adjustments and other treatments Administer chiropractic therapy modalities, including: Electrical stimulation (E-Stim) Ultrasound therapy Therapeutic exercises Heat and ice therapy Spinal decompression therapy Manual therapy techniques under supervision Educate patients on chiropractic care, treatment plans, and home exercises Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and billing Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Basic knowledge of medical terminology and chiropractic therapy techniques CPR certification (preferred but not required)
