ResponsibilitiesAs a Home Health Physical TherapyAssistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
• Acts atthe direction and under the supervision of the treating physicaltherapist and in accordance with the plan of care.
• Participatesin the development and evaluation of the plan of care inpartnership with the patient, representative (if any), andcaregiver(s).
• Provides services that are ordered by the physicianas indicated in the plan of care.
• Assists the treating physicaltherapist in documenting a patient’s progress and response totreatment. Required SkillsPhysical Therapy Assistant candidatesmust have the following:
