In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and support within our Lifestyle Medicine practice. You will assist our Nurse Practitioner and our Chiropractors in various tasks, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of service and attention during their visits. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them navigating the office. Conduct initial patient assessments, gathering relevant medical history and information. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for use. Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments, including therapies and modalities. Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness practices. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations. Manage scheduling of appointments and follow-up visits to optimize patient flow. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment. Skills Proficient understanding of medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Strong skills in patient assessment to gather comprehensive health information. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist in treatment planning and patient education. Excellent patient service skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere for all patients. Previous experience in healthcare/exercise preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
