Minimum Qualifications Education:

Associate Degree in

Physical Therapy Licensure/Certification:

Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Tennessee Current CPR certification Passes annual UDS PI credentialing exam

Experience:

No prior experience required – new grads welcome!
