Position Overview:
Tech CA (Clinical Assistant) The Tech CA is a key player in the success of our clinic—responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering a high-quality patient experience, and supporting the doctor in providing exceptional care. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly goal-driven, and can confidently keep the clinic running efficiently from front to back. By managing critical clinical tasks and patient flow, the Tech CA allows the doctor to focus on what they do best: educating and adjusting. The Tech CA also acts as the primary liaison between the front desk team and the clinical area, creating a seamless and professional experience for every patient. Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Clinical Director. - Perform clinical tasks such as x-ray analysis.
- Guide patients through active and passive rehabilitation protocols.
- Conduct patient examinations.

Leads from external referrals. Specific Responsibilities As the Tech CA, your primary responsibilities include:
- Prepare consultation rooms for new patient reports.
- Educate patients on treatment plans.
- Manage record requests and releases.
- Handle x-rays (where permissible by law), including upload to patient files and providing copies as requested.
- Administer treatments under the DC’s direction.
- Conduct exams during adjustment shifts.
- Perform progress exams and questionnaires.
- Oversee orthotics process from casting to delivery and payment.
- Maintain adequate clinical supplies.
- Manage digital review programs to promote positive feedback.
- Encourage patient testimonials for dissemination across all channels.
- Support clinic growth and AlignLife’s mission through marketing initiatives as directed.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30 AM
- 6:15 PM, Tuesday 11:00 AM
- 6:15 PM, Friday 7:30 AM
- 12:30 PM
- Occasional Saturdays for events
- Quarterly weekend trainings mandatory
- possible travel required.
