Chiropractic Front Desk/ Administrative Asst. In Motion Spine and Joint Center Spring Hill, TN 37174 Are you looking for an opportunity that is health centered, local, community-based, yet rewarding? Then we may be looking for you! Our Chiropractic Front Desk Coordinator position is now available for that special person that is friendly and eager to help. This position involves optimizing the patients’ experience during check in/out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying and billing insurance, use of Electronic Health records, maintaining a clean and inviting clinic space and assisting doctors with various patient or administrative tasks. Will include some mornings (starting at 6:30am) and some evening hours (finishing around 6:30pm).

Qualifications- Required:

Team Environment Preferred:

Medical office receptionist or Administrative assistant experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Familiarity with EMR/EHR software and patient scheduling Experience in marketing, graphic design and community outreach not required but a Plus! •
