Chiropractic Assistant at busy Chiropractic Clinic in Cordova, TN Excellent opportunity in a fast-paced growing Chiropractic office. We are looking for a high-quality candidate with a natural-health-oriented way of thinking and/or prior experience in a Chiropractic office for a long-term position with growth.

Hours:

Average 12-37 hours per week. Must be available Monday-Thursday AND Saturday Mornings.

Mon:

8:30am-1:30pm , 2:15pm-6:15pm

Tue:

8:30am-1pm

Wed:

8:30am-12:45pm , 2:15pm-6:15pm

Thur:

8:30am-12:45pm , 2:15pm-6:15pm

Sat:

8:30am- 1pm. Off EVERY Friday and Sunday and Tuesday Afternoons and Saturday afternoons.

Duties include:

Managing/assisting with patient care while in the office. Assisting with front desk reception/management duties, insurance verification, assisting doctors and other team members in various areas, office organization & cleanliness, internal office marketing and event coordination. You will work with the rest of the team to make life impacts in the community. Essentially, you will be responsible for all aspects of the patient’s experience in our clinic. From managing patient accounts and payments to answering phones and scheduling patients to ensure the office runs smoothly. The Chiropractic Assistant performs many roles!

High-energy personality, flexible, self starter, team-player, fast-learner, detailed and organized, great communication skills, desire to take ownership of role, willing to perform beyond expectations, proficient with computers including Word, Excel, and Adobe. Must be familiar with managing Facebook and Instagram.
