Assists in surgery: Acts as a first assistant during orthopedicsurgeries, including procedures like joint replacements, tendonrepairs, and fracture fixation.

Provides post-operative care:

Manages patient recovery following surgery, including wound care,pain management, and physical therapy coordination.

Performs minorprocedures:

Under supervision, performs procedures like casting,splinting, joint injections, and wound closures.
