Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Clearwater FL 4-day work week We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or NursePractitioner to join our group full time in Clearwater, FL. Ideally, we are looking for aphysician assistant or nurse practitioner who is eager to learn,enjoys helping others, and has US guided injection and/or jointinjection experience. We utilize general interventional painmanagement techniques within our practice; to include joint andtrigger point injections and the incoming Physician assistant/NursePractitioner will be performing these procedures, so we prefer acandidate with experience in those areas.

Duties:

Patient exam/evaluation and consultations (medical history,physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging) Order and review tests/labs Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options,rehab/exercises and various modalities Manage patient care Treatments•perform trigger point/joint injections, regen med,vein ablations, and RFA (Ultrasound guided)we can provide trainingif needed Documentation and progress notes•timely and accurate Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensivepatient care Maintaining communication with patients and monitoring theirprogress, ensuring progress of care

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant OR NursePractitioner program Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in FL Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain managementbackground is a plus Injection experience, PRP, Vein Ablation & RFA experiencepreferred
