The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cardiology and demonstrate expertise in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases. The Cardiology Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans for patients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients with cardiovascular conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with physician supervision, including medication management and lifestyle modifications. Manage medical records accurately, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families about heart health, disease prevention, and treatment options. Ability to accurately dictate progress notes in SOAP format using Dragon. Qualifications NCCPA Board certification is required. Proven experience in medical settings, with a focus on cardiology preferred. Strong analytical skills for interpreting medical data and making informed decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, physicians, and healthcare teams.
