Description The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will perform typical emergency room procedures in the care and experience of the patients.
The ER physicians will work in a fast-paced and exciting environment and will apply their skills in a highly visible and critical role. GEMD provides non-hospital based emergency care in a hyper-efficient delivery of Emergency Medicine Specialty Services combined with outpatient facility efficiently provides high quality that can yield lower ER visits, lower hospital admissions and create savings. Qualifications Qualifications Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities Required Education Masters Degree from accredited Nursing/PA Program. Experience 5 or more years experience working in a clinical OR Required Licenses and Certifications Valid State Nurse Practitioner License or PA license.
Current State D.E.A. Certificate.
Certification by one of the Nurse Practitioner certifying bodies (ANCC or AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Current BLS and ACLS certification.
