Provide administrative duties to include but not limited toopening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifyinginsurance and collecting payment, maintaining a cleanenvironment. Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performingrouting examinations to ensure positive patient healthoutcomes Perform duties including speaking with patients about healthylifestyle choices, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose andtreat patients for injuries or illnesses and coordinating withother healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan ofcare Encourage patients to become active participants in their ownhealthcare and well-being through services such as healthscreenings, behavioral health and wellness, chronic conditionmanagement

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner isrequired. Experience in Family medicine or primary care practicepreferred. Active Family Nurse practitioner license in good standing Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurateassessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems,health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients. Thisincludes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexuallytransmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sexpractices. Order and administer immunizations and injections (to includebut not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB, Depo) and providesevidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling andeducation. Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience orequivalent Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days ofemployment Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in bothspeaking and writing in additional languages not limited to butincluding Spanish Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but notlimited to performing CPR and operating an Automated ExternalDefibrillator (AED). Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask whenprotocol requires.

Education:

Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program withcurrent National Board Certification and State of Employmentlicense to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role Or in select states, Master of Science in Physician AssistantStudies (or other health-related master’s degree or equivalentexperience together with Bachelor of Science in Physician AssistantStudies) with current National Board Certification and State ofEmployment license to practice in the role.

EPIC experience preferredPay RangeThe typical pay range forthis role is:$87,035.00 – $187,460.00This pay range represents thebase hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positionsin the job grade within which this position falls. The actual basesalary offer will depend on a variety of factors includingexperience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Thisposition is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission orshort-term incentive program in addition to the base pay rangelisted above.
