We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant specializing inUrgent Care for a locum tenens position at a healthcare facility inGeorgia. This 9-day assignment begins on 04/25/2025, with varyingschedules of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The idealcandidate will be comfortable performing work physicals, DOTphysicals, and treating various injuries including back, leg, eyedebris, and non-emergency burns. The PA should be proficient insuturing and interpreting basic orthopedic x-rays. There is also achance for assignment extension.

Perform work physicals and DOTphysicals for walk-in patients Treat various injuries, includingback and leg injuries, eye debris removal, and non-emergency burnsConduct ear checks and other routine urgent care procedures Providefollow-up care for previously treated injuries Perform suturing asneeded Interpret basic orthopedic x-rays Maintain accurate anddetailed patient records using Occuflex software Collaborateeffectively with healthcare facility staff Ensure compliance withall relevant healthcare regulations and standards Manage timeefficiently to handle both scheduled and walk-in patients Providepatient education on injury prevention and care
