Position Highlights Function autonomously in a post-acute care/skilled nursing setting. Manage chronically ill senior patients. Treat and manage minor acute visits and oversee care transitions. Assist with admissions, rounding on patients, and completing discharges. Desirable Monday through Friday schedule. Some call responsibilities.

patients. Must have clean background, NC licensure, NC DEA, and
AHA ACLS
