We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our family practice team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality, patient centered care to individuals of all ages in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessment, including medical histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
• Order and interpretdiagnostictest such as lab works and imaging studies
• Educate patient sand their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
• Provide routine care, including immunization, screening and wellness visits
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records ani compliance with practice protocols and regulations
• Participate in patient follow up and ongoing care management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient careQualifications
• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• Current PA license in the state of Tennessee
• Certification by the National Commission of Certification on Physcian Assistans (NCCPA
• Previous experience in family medicine or primary care preferred but not required
• Strong clinical skills and patient centered approach to care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented enviornment
