Huntsville, AL Scope of Work:
2 Day need providing Occupational Medicine Physician services.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in preventive medicine, occupational medicine, or a primary care specialty. Board Certified-Preventive Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or a primary care specialty. Current License – State of Alabama. BLS and ACLS certified.
