• Walk intoexisting volume in this very busy practice as a local group closedin December 2015.
• -The new neurosurgeon can expect up to 250 casesin their first year and outstanding mentorship will be happilyprovided by the two experienced neurosurgeons.
• -Call will be 1 in3 and is not burdensome.
• -The group is called in approximately twotimes per month and the group employs 2 PA

• -The group is the only one that admits to the localhospital, Providence Hospital.
• -Clinic is booked out five weeks,and they are looking to capture those patients and surgeries thatpotentially go elsewhere due to wait times.
