- $400,000 Base Salary, negotiable depending on experience

Their newMontgomery location offers services such as pulmonaryrehabilitation, medication monitoring, patient education, smokingcessation, and more. They use a proprietary app that functions viabluetooth on patients phones, sending real-time data to theoffice.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
This is an outpatient pulmonology role that includes, but is notlimited to:
- patient consultations
- evaluation and management
- pulmonary function testing
- pulmonary rehabilitation
- smoking cessation
- vaccination counseling
- telehealth visits The new physician will also be performing their own bronchoscopieson a limited basis; the practice will obtain operating privilegesat the local hospital to facilitate that work.
Physicians see an average of 17 to 18 patients per day, with thesupport of dedicated clinical assistants. The practice uses the Athena EHR and has a dedicated technical teamand a proprietary app to provide clinicians with real-time data onpatients health conditions. The app uses bluetooth technology for virtual monitoring ofpulmonary functioning, automatically transmitting from patientsmartphones into the EHR. This allows for more effective patientmonitoring, which reduces hospital and ER visits by providingbetter health outcomes. There are no evening, weekend, or on-call responsibilities,providing excellent work/life balance.
