Job Description

Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons (SOS) in Montgomery, Alabama is actively seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join our well-established private practice. This high-demand position offers immediate surgical volume (80% spine / 20% general orthopaedics) , access to modern facilities, strong referral networks, and a clear path to partnership. OR:

5-3 days in clinic 2 days in OR (cases typically 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM) Monday-Friday schedule; no weekend clinic ModMed EMR Call shared equally among partners Onsite and nearby ancillary support: imaging, physical therapy, orthopaedic urgent care Practice support from 8 APPs and 6 therapists Modest general ortho responsibilities as you build spine volume
