• Collaborating Physician (MD/DO, 1099)
• to supervise our nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

WHY THIS ROLE IS STRAIGHTFORWARD

• $ 1,500 per month flat stipend (remote chart review).
• 12-month contract with a 90-day termination clause.
• Review only 10 % of APP charts each month + quarterly 30-minute virtual quality call.
• Professional liability insurance provided (1 M / 3 M).
• No scheduled on-call shifts or standing clinic hours required.

MUST-HAVE CREDENTIALS

• Unrestricted Alabama MD or DO license.
• Live within 50 miles of our Phenix City clinic.
• Board-certified FM, EM, Med-Peds, or IM.
• 5+ years post-residency practice.
• Active DEA; eligible for EHR access.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Remain available by phone/text during clinic hours (8 a-7 p weekdays, 8 a-5 p weekends).
• Complete electronic chart reviews within 7 days.
• Visit the clinic twice annually per Alabama regulations.
• Sign updated collaboration agreements as APP roster changes.

COMPENSATION

• $1 500 per month
• (1099 contractor).
• Additional hourly pay
• if you elect to work occasional in-clinic shifts (rate set case-by-case).
