Seeking a Locums Family Medicine Physician in
Cheshire, CT Assignment Overview:
Duration:
1-year commitment preferred
Hours:
40 hours per week
Shift:
8-hour workdays
Patient Volume:
Approximately 20 patients per day
EMR:
EPIC Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, chronic disease management, preventive care, and acute visits Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff for coordinated care Accurately document all encounters and follow-up in
EPIC EMR
Provide continuity of care and support the long-term health goals of patients
Qualifications:
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active Connecticut Medical License DEA License (or eligibility to obtain) BLS Certification Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting (Internal or Family Medicine) Prior experience using
EPIC EMR
