Wells Natural Medicine is a busy, highly sought-after naturopathic medical practice that specializes in treating children with complex chronic conditions. Families from across the country seek our care for PANS/PANDAS, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), tickborne infections, and mold illness. Currently operating as a fully naturopathic practice, we are excited to expand our services by integrating conventional medical treatments with our existing naturopathic approach. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented Pediatric APRN to join our team one day per week and help us bring this vision to life. This role offers the opportunity to receive training in both the conditions we treat and the naturopathic therapies we use—including supplements, herbal medicine, and dietary strategies—and to become part of a mission-driven practice at the forefront of integrative pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality medical care to children with complex chronic illnesses Perform detailed patient assessments, order and interpret labs, and create individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage conventional therapies (e.g., antibiotics) where appropriate Integrate functional and naturopathic approaches, including nutritional, herbal, and supplemental support Address co-occurring mental health concerns such as anxiety, OCD, depression, and behavioral dysregulation Collaborate with the practice’s founder, a naturopathic doctor, in a team-based, family-centered model Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, offering empathy and clinical insight Maintain clear and timely documentation Stay current on developments in the treatment of PANS/PANDAS, ASD, Lyme, mold illness, and integrative pediatrics

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Licensed Pediatric APRN with prescriptive authority in Connecticut and New York Passion for treating medically complex children, particularly those with neuroimmune and environmentally triggered conditions Open-minded and collaborative , with a willingness to integrate naturopathic and conventional care models Interest in gaining additional training in PANS/PANDAS, ASD, tickborne illness, mold toxicity, and naturopathic therapies Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with a compassionate, family-focused approach Organized, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently while maintaining close communication within a small, dedicated team Why Join Us?
