Position Responsibilities:

The Endocrinology specialists at Crystal Run Healthcare are basedout of our office locations in Middletown, NY; Monroe, NY;Newburgh, NY; West Nyack, NY; Rock Hill, NY; and Warwick, NY. Anideal candidate would be someone based primarily out of ourMiddletown, NY office location (i.e., 95 Crystal Run Road), withthe potential of sharing some limited time weekly in our Monroe, NYoffice in the future (i.e., likely 1-2 days per week).

  • Investigate, diagnose, and treat full range of endocrine systemdisorders, which encompasses everything from diabetes tohyperthyroidism to osteoporosis
  • We provide comprehensive,state-of-the-art diabetes care using a team-based approach to care
  • meaning, our team of full-time endocrinologists, nursepractitioners, diabetes educators and nutritionists all worktogether to help patients successfully treat diabetes and preventits complications
  • On-site screening for osteoporosis
  • becausewith proper detection, education, prevention, and treatment,together we can beat this silent disease
  • Comprehensive servicesfor the diagnosis and treatment of all thyroid disorders, includingHypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, Thyroid nodules, and Thyroidcancer
  • We provide on-site thyroid laboratory testing, thyroidfunction testing, thyroid imaging with ultrasonography, and thyroidbiopsies
  • Comprehensive medical and procedural endocrine carewithin a team of 14 highly skilled, fellowship-trainedEndocrinologists and Advanced Practice Clinicians
  • Consult withpatients about the status of their endocrine health, whileproviding them with the latest advancements in care
  • Start yourdays in out state-of-the-art, multi-specialty outpatient officesand finish your days rounding at the local hospital
  • Referpatients to advanced specialists as needed
  • Examine & diagnosepatients, oversight of all treatment prior to and post-surgery andidentify associated risks
  • Order tests and interpret results todetermine the best treatment options
  • Maintain appropriate medicalrecords and results

Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of (or in process ofcompleting) accredited relevant fellowship training program(s)
  • BCin Endocrinology and any additional relevant Endocrinesub-specialties (if relevant)
  • Unrestricted New York State MedicalLicense (or ability to obtain)
  • Current New York State DEAcertificate (or ability to obtain)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)certification
